Decisions on Major Applications with Public Hearings

The following list includes all decisions issued by the Act 250 District Environmental Commissions since 2020 using the major review process.  A major review means that a public hearing was held in order to review the proposed project’s conformance to the Act 250 Criteria.  During most years, less than 10% of all Act 250 land use permit decisions require a major review.  If you would like to review a major decision from a prior year, first check the Act 250 Database online.  Some older decisions might only be available for review on paper by visiting the appropriate Act 250 district office in person.  Call or email our staff for details.
